On September 19,  Xu Xiangfeng，Mayor of Sanmenxia deeply investigated the construction of key projects and the operation of enterprises in Mianchi County and Yima City, and he stressed that we must deeply study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, deeply promote the the campaigns of "10,000 people help 10,000 enterprises" , improve the service mechanism, increase work efficiency, and hold the safety bottom line, focus on project construction and stable operation of enterprises to provide strong support for high-quality economic and social development. Vice Mayor Wang Zhaosheng and Secretary General Lv Dawei participated in the research.

Xu Xiangfeng came to Huimeng irrigation District project construction site in Mianchi County, and  learned about the project construction progress in details . He stressed that it was necessary to seize the current "golden period" of project construction, go all out to speed up the construction progress of the project and effectively make use of national debt funds.

In project construction site of archaeological holy land in Yangshao Village, Xu Xiangfeng investigated Yangshao cultural museum renovation and upgrading. He asked the relevant departments to establish a problem-oriented working system to comprehensively take responsibilities and timely solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of project promotion,  so as to seize the time node and complete the construction tasks of the Yangshao archaeological holy land project with quality and quantity.

Xu Xiangfeng came to Henan Yangshao Wine Industry Co., LTD.and carefully learned about the enterprise's wine storage technology. He encouraged enterprises to firmly develop confidence, strengthen technological innovation and further expand the market, so as to cultivate the brand, enhance the core competitiveness and strive to create a leading enterprises .

In Eastern Hope (Sanmenxia) Aluminum Co., LTD., Xu Xiangfeng came to the production dispatching center to learn about the alumina production and operation, raw material supply and market conditions. He pointed out that we should keep an eye on market dynamics, seize development opportunities, deeply tap the potential of equipment and fully release production capacity so as to maintain a stable and good trend in production and operation.

Xu Xiangfeng came to Henan CRRC Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. and walked into the steel structure workshop and bracket workshop of the rail transit Division to know about the industrial layout and operating conditions of the enterprises in details. He stressed that we should give full play to our own advantages, dive into our professional fields and improve product quality, so as to extend the industrial chains, expand the industrial scales, and create new advantages for development.

In Henan Kaixiang Fine Chemical Co., LTD., Xu Xiangfeng learned about the enterprise's production and operation, technological innovation and product sales and etc. He stressed that we should strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
