Su Xiaohong and his delegation successively came to Luoyang Hakka Source Memorial Hall, Yanhuang Science and Technology Park, Luoyang Baxter Science and Technology Development Co., LTD., and Luoyang National University Science and Technology Park, Luoyang Pioneer Technology Co., LTD., Luoyang Kailin Casting Co., LTD., and other places to deeply involve overseas Chinese enterprises in the production and exchange views with the main person in charge, and listened to their opinions and suggestions.

 Su Xiaohong and her delegation also went to the "Home of Overseas Chinese" in Yongle Community, Daying Town, Shaanzhou District, and the overseas Chinese Disputes Litigation and Mediation Service Center in Hubin District to learn about the specific development of overseas Chinese affairs in the new era in Sanmenxia.

Su Xiaohong stressed that we should deeply study and implement the General Secretary of Xi Jinping’s important arguments on overseas Chinese affairs and ensure the correct political direction of overseas Chinese affairs in Henan province in the new era. We must adhere to the people first, use emotion to unite the "hearts of overseas Chinese", closely exert the "overseas Chinese" in the overall situation, focus on innovation and gather "overseas Chinese’s wisdom", and strictly safeguard the "interests of overseas Chinese" in accordance with the law. It is necessary to have an in-depth understanding of the development of overseas Chinese enterprises, the business environment, and the entrepreneurship of new overseas Chinese, so as to effectively improve the ways and methods of serving overseas Chinese and facilitate the construction of modernization of Henan with high-quality and effective overseas Chinese affairs.
