A few days ago, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the 2022 Green Manufacturing List, and Sanmenxia Tengyue Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. and Henan Kaixiang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. were rated as national-level green factories. Up to now, there has been one national green industrial park, five national-level green factories, and nine provincial-level green factories in Sanmenxia.

Green factories are the core of the green manufacturing system, focusing on the greening of the production process, which have high requirements for efficient land use, clean production, waste resource utilization, and low-carbon energy applications for factory construction. Green factories represent green products and production lines, which can analyze and optimize production capacity structure, further reduce production costs and ensure production quality.

In recent years, firmly adhering to the concept of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development, Sanmenxia has implemented a comprehensive green transformation strategy, actively cultivated new momentum for green development, focused on the construction of green factories, promoted the green transformation of enterprises, and been committed to building an efficient, clean, low-carbon and recycling green manufacturing system. With the goal of the full coverage of the “three major transformations”, the transformation coverage rate of enterprises is close to 80%. A large number of enterprises including Mingzhu Electric Metallurgy and Sinoway Pharmaceutical have achieved “double reduction” in costs and energy consumption, and “double improvement” in efficiency and benefits through “three major transformations”.

Focusing on harmless raw materials, clean production, and low-carbon energy, Sanmenxia Tengyue Tongli Cement Co., Ltd. has consumed and disposed a large amount of industrial waste from surrounding industrial enterprises, with annual consumption of about 240,000 tons, reducing environmental pollution from industrial waste. It has renovated the original system of the factory for flue gas emission, built ultra-low emission control facilities for flue gas, equipped with an online monitoring system and networked with the environmental protection department. According to the monitoring results announced online, the unit pollutant discharge amount is better than the top 5% of the industry. Meanwhile, an energy management center system with the functions of real-time display of energy consumption and statistical analysis was built, which has further strengthened the control of energy consumption.

Green is the most beautiful background color for enterprise development.
