On July 24th, it’s learned from the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau that the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Bureau of the Department of Industry and Information Technology has recently announced the fifth batch of special and sophisticated little giant enterprise list. Yima Ruineng Chemical Co., Ltd. in Sanmenxia is on the list.

“Special and sophisticated” means “specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative”, while special and sophisticated little giants refer to outstanding ones among small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, they also have to meet six indicators, including specialization, refinement, peculiarity, novelty, chain and product. These enterprises are leading enterprises focusing on niche markets, and having strong innovation capabilities, high market share, key technologies, and excellent quality and efficiency. At present, the key areas of special and sophisticated enterprises are mainly distributed in strategic emerging industries and advanced manufacturing industries. These industries include new information technology, new materials, biomedicine, new energy vehicles, high-end equipment manufacturing, energy conservation, and environmental protection.

In recent years, Sanmenxia has regarded the cultivation of special and sophisticated enterprises as a crucial means to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and to drive high-quality economic development. Sanmenxia has consistently strengthened innovation support and deepened resource empowerment to fully unleash the innovation and creativity potential of small and medium-sized enterprises. As of now, there are a total of ten national-level special and sophisticated little giant enterprises, 64 provincial-level small and medium-sized special and sophisticated enterprises, and 125 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Sanmenxia.
