On June 5th , the reporter learned from the Sanmenxia Industrial Strong City  Headquarters that Sanmenxia has already formulated the work promotion plan on "Accelerating the Construction of Modern Industrial System and Focusing on Cultivating Key Industrial Chain " (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") in order to enhance the industrial base capacity , rebuild the new core competitive advantages of key industries in Sanmenxia so as to strive to form a modern industrial system with high energy group chain as the key support, and accelerate the pace of high-quality development of industrial transformation and upgrading. 

Guided by the Xi Jinping’s Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Plan anchors the "two guarantees", implements the "ten strategies", takes "high-end, intelligent and green development " as the goal to deepen the cluster leadership, pay attention to the overall improvement, highlight the advantages of rebuilding, strengthen the main body support and do a good job of empowering the elements so as to extend the key industrial chain, promote "raw materials to change materials, materials to change devices, devices to change equipment", and accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system with core competitiveness.

The Plan clearly states that from 2023 to 2025, Sanmenxia will follow the principles of "breeding the leading enterprise, expanding the industrial chain, strengthening the breakthrough, building the platform, and increasing the cluster" and make every effort to form 12 industrial chains, including aluminum based new materials, copper based new materials, modern gold, semiconductor new materials, chemical new materials, green building materials, advanced equipment, new energy vehicles and batteries, electronic information, biological medicine, green food, wine and beverages, etc. All the work will be focused on the 6 key tasks,including cultivating high-quality enterprises in the industrial chain, accelerating the "three major transformations" of the industrial chain, implementing the upgrading of the industrial chain, strengthening the digital empowerment of the industrial chain, enhancing the innovation capability of the industrial chain and deepening the factor guarantee of the industrial chain, so as to accelerate the reinforcement of weakness and increase strong points and advantages. we will vigorously improve the scale and level of key industrial chains and build Sanmenxia into a material new city and high-end manufacturing city with important influence in the country as soon as possible by promoting the responsibility of specialized classes, dynamic management of inventory, normal supervision and assessment and precise enterprise service working mechanism.
