Project construction is the main engine and driving force for economic and social development. Since the beginning of this year, firmly adhering to the concept of “projects as the priority”, Sanmenxia has consistently regarded project construction as the top priority in economic work. We have actively carried out the “thousands of people assisting thousands of enterprises” and the “three batches” activities, and accelerated the progress of provincial and municipal key projects in 2023. Various aspects of project construction have achieved a good start, adding new momentum to high-quality development.

In 2023, Sanmenxia is going to implement 110 provincial key projects, with a total investment of 180.361 billion yuan and annual planned investment of 59.063 billion yuan. As of now, a cumulative investment of 34.777 billion yuan has been completed, accounting for 58.88% of the annual plan. Sanmenxia is going to implement 618 municipal key projects, with a total investment of 395.21 billion yuan and annual planned investment of 143.296 billion yuan. As of now, a cumulative investment of 67.672 billion yuan has been completed, accounting for 47.23% of the annual plan.

The city’s seventh phase of “three batches” projects currently in progress includes 146 projects, with a total investment of 90.05 billion yuan and annual planned investment of 36.98 billion yuan. As of now, all 18 projects in the “contract batch” have started construction, achieving a 100% commencement rate. The completed investment amounts to 1.955 billion yuan, accounting for 37.3% of the annual plan. 40 out of 79 projects in the “commencement batch” have entered production, achieving a production rate of 50.6%. The completed investment for these projects is 14.62 billion yuan, accounting for 53.4% of the annual plan. 46 out of 49 projects in the “production batch” have achieved effective production, with an effectiveness rate of 93.9%. The completed investment for these projects amounts to 3.845 billion yuan, accounting for 84.7% of the annual plan.
