Strive for speed to ensure that the enterprises resume production to achieve a "good start". In 2022, the  industrial added value above designated size in Sanmenxia increased by 7.4% year on year, ranking the third in the province. In 2023, the industrial economy targets in Sanmenxia should increase 8% in the industrial added value and the total industrial output value should reach 200 billion yuan. In order to achieve this goal, Sanmenxia adopted various measures to ensure the normal production of 100 key enterprises during the Spring Festival. At present, more than 95% of the 544 industrial enterprises above the standard have resumed work and production, and more than 90% of the production capacity has been released,which effectively stabilized the industrial production and sprinted a good start in the first quarter. We will advance policy implementation so as to comprehensively implement the new measures to stabilize the provincial economy, implement the incentive policy for full capacity production and preferential policies for water, electricity and gas, so as to further boost the confidence of enterprises.

Strive for quality to build a new pattern of modern industrial system. We will improve the quality and upgrade traditional industries, and strengthen chains by extending and strengthening them based on the existing industrial bases to improve the quality and efficiency of traditional industries. By the end of the year, the output value of the gold, aluminum and copper industries had reached 70 billion yuan, 35 billion yuan and 72 billion yuan respectively. We will foster and strengthen the emerging industries, adhere to the principle of “optimizing ” and “innovation" to realize the transformation of "raw material - material -device". By the end of the year, the new materials, electronic information and high-end equipment industries will reach 120 billion yuan, 10 billion yuan and 8 billion yuan respectively. We will plan the layout of future industries to strengthen the resources research of 16 strategic emerging industries in Sanmenxia, explore the development of germanium single crystal, silicon carbide, gallium nitride, gallium oxide and other new materials, enhance the research and development of superconducting chips, graphene storage and other new components so as to achieve new industrial breakthroughs in the future.

Strive for service to promote the high quality development of industry. We will continue to carry out the "three major renovations" and set aside 100 million yuan for the three major transformation projects, and will carry out 421 projects including the three major transformation projects and 5G projects with an investment of 35.08 billion yuan.
