On December 14th, the final of the Third Provincial Professional Skill Competition for Cultural Market Law Enforcement Positions was held. With solid professional basic knowledge and excellent psychological quality, the participating team from Sanmenxia won the first prize of team all-around, the first prize of the individual subject of platform application and network case evidence fixation in the team competition, the second prize of the individual subject of document production and file archiving in the team competition, and the third prize of the individual subject of file error correction in the team competition, the special contribution award, the individual project award and many other honors.

It’s reported that the provincial professional skill competition for cultural market law enforcement positions evaluates law enforcement personnel from the aspects of document production, file filing, file error correction, platform application and network case evidence fixation, policies and regulations, etc. It mainly tests the ability of participating team members to solve practical law enforcement problems using legal thinking and methods. The content covers all fields and elements of cultural law enforcement such as culture, cultural relics, publishing, copyright, radio and television, movies, and tourism.

According to the unified deployment of the province, since June, revolving around political training, rule of law training, business training, practice training, and technological training, Sanmenxia has developed the upsurge of learning technology and business, practicing skills, and strengthening quality. Professional skill competitions for cultural market law enforcement positions at the city and county levels were carried out. Three teams were selected to represent Sanmenxia to participate in the provincial competition. 

In recent years, the General Brigade of Cultural Market Law Enforcement of Sanmenxia Municipality has attached great importance to the construction of law enforcement teams and the cultivation of professional law enforcement personnel, strengthened skill competitions and training, further consolidated the theoretical foundation of cultural law enforcement personnel, and strived to build politically strong, professionally proficient, proactive, and courageous cultural iron army to contribute to the high-quality promotion of the municipal cultural and tourism development. In the next step, the Sanmenxia team will participate in the National Professional Skill Competition for Cultural Market Law Enforcement Positions as the only representative team in Henan province.
