On October 28th, Fan Fuzhong, Deputy Secretary of Sanmenxia CPC Municipal Committee and Mayor, investigated the development of digital economy and digital finance, and stressed the need to further study and implement the spirit of Party's 20th National Congress, accelerate the  digital industrialization and industrial digitization, promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy so as to promote the integration and innovation of digital technology and inclusive finance, and enable the real economy to have high-quality development to continue to create new drivers and advantages for development.

   In Sanmenxia digital operation command center, Fan Fuzhong listened to the introduction of the construction of industrial Internet platform, and asked to further promote the six modes of industrial Internet to accelerate the full coverage of "cloud with data intelligence"with enterprises. At Xiaoyun Company, Fan Fuzhong  inspected the R&D and application of platforms such as the Online Sanmenxia APP and Gantang Government Affairs. He emphasized that digitization should be used to promote innovation in social governance models and speed up the construction of digital economy, digital society and digital government to provide a guarantee for high-quality development. Fan Fuzhong came to the Sanmenxia municipal financial service center to learn about the development of digital inclusive finance, and pointed out that digital finance is an important driving force for the development of digital economy, and it is necessary to vigorously promote financial digital transformation and technological innovation  so as to improve service efficiency, extend service radius and expand service categories, all these will provide higher quality financial services for the development of real economy.

    Later, Fan Fuzhong held a symposium to hear reports on the construction and operation of digital platforms such as inclusive finance, industrial Internet and smart city, and coordinate to solve problems and difficulties. He pointed out that the report of the 20th National Congress of CPC proposed to "accelerate the building of digital China". We should seize the major strategic opportunities for the development of digital economy to strengthen the capacity of building digital economy platforms, promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, so as to accelerate the building of a modern economic system and promote high-quality economic development.

    Fan Fuzhong stressed the need for scientific positioning to improve the system architecture, deepen data integration, strengthen scientific and technological innovation, enrich application scenarios, enable the traditional industries to realize transformation and upgrading, and create new industries, new business forms and new models. We need to set clear goals to build a number of platforms for integrating digital technology and the economy, and improve the ecological environment for industrial technological innovation in the digital economy.
