On December 5th, Fan Fuzhong, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and mayor, went to the Hubin District, Sanmenxia Economic Development Zone, and the Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Zone to investigate the operation of enterprises, project construction and safe production. Fan Fuzhong emphasized that it’s necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, continue to focus on the development of real economy, accelerate the development of high-end, intelligent, and green manufacturing, lead the development of special and sophisticated enterprises, create a development situation of project concentration, enterprise agglomeration, and industrial clusters to add new energy and new advantages to the high-quality development of economy and society.

At Epoch Technology, Henan BooCax Robot Co., Ltd., and Sanmenxia Zhongtai Measuring Instrument Co., Ltd., Fan Fuzhong went to the production workshop to learn more about production operations, technological innovation, and safe production. A meeting was held to listen to the problems and difficulties encountered by the enterprises in the process of production and operation, and discuss good development strategies. Fan Fuzhong emphasized that it’s necessary to grasp national strategic opportunities and the guidance of industrial policies, highlight innovation leadership, concentrate on the main business, increase talent reserves and introduction, and continue to improve the level of technical equipments, to realize the scale and level of production, and move the enterprises toward higher-end, smarter, and greener production. It’s necessary to give full play to the role of leading enterprises, extend the innovation chain, improve the industrial chain, complete the supply chain, promote the integration and effective connection of upstream and downstream, accelerate the construction of modern industrial clusters, and provide strong support for the construction of a modern industrial system. It’s necessary to further tighten and consolidate the principal responsibility of the company’s safe production, improve the company’s safety management level and hidden danger investigation and governance capabilities, and promote the high-quality development of the company with high-level safe production.

At the construction sites of Sanmenxia Sinoway Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.’s east area relocation project, the second phase project of Henan Yinhe New Energy Co., Ltd., and the R&D and production base of German Weishi Pharmaceutical (Sanmenxia), Fan Fuzhong inspected the construction progress of the projects on the spot, and learned more about the problems in the construction process. Fan Fuzhong emphasized that it’s necessary to firmly establish the concept of “project is king”, strengthen operation scheduling and overall coordination, and fully promote project construction speed, quality and efficiency under the premise of ensuring quality and safety so that these projects can be completed, put into use and come into effect early. Departments at all levels should earnestly enhance their awareness of responsibility and service, go to the front, solve problems in construction in a timely manner, and provide whole-process services and all-round guarantees for project construction.
