A few days ago, the reporter learned from Sanmenxia Municipal Market Supervision Bureau that since October 7th, there were 200564 real market entities in Sanmenxia, with a growth rate of 16.1%, ranking the sixth in Henan in terms of growth rate. The government's goal of cultivating market entities to exceed 200000 households in the whole year was completed 85 days ahead of schedule.

In recent years, Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have attached great importance to the cultivation of market entities, and set up a leading group for cultivating and expanding market players, which consists of 18 government departments. The group has clear responsibilities to jointly promote the cultivation work.

Set the targets and increase steadily. In September, 11678 new market entities were added with a month on month growth of 130%, which was the highest monthly record in 2022. On the other hand, the Work Plan of Sanmenxia on Improving the Closure System to Protect Market Entities was formulated, which set up a "buffer zone" for enterprises with short-term operating difficulties under the influence of the epidemic, so as to allow market entities to survive and accumulate strength for subsequent development. The precise implementation of a wealth of policies has also reduced the ratio of opening market to closing the market from 2:1 in May to 16:1 in September.

Take multiple measures and pay attention to actual results. In the provincial business environment assessment in 2021, the indicator of "enterprise startup" has risen from the 15th in 2020 to the 4th; We combine the cultivation of market players with epidemic prevention and control, and adopt various models including "online", "door-to-door", "appointment" and other ways to support the development of market entities and accelerate the release of market players' vitality.
