After listening and watching the project construction activities in Henan Province, Sanmenxia simultaneously carried out the series of activities on signing contracts. In Nenghuan annual production of 50,000 tons of NPR new material project and other production project sites, Liu Nanchang and others went into the enterprise's production workshop for on-site observation and guidance.

During the activity, Fan Fuzhong, on behalf of Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, expressed warm congratulations on the smooth commencement of  key projects, and extended sincere greetings and heartfelt thanks to the comrades working hard on the front line. He said that since this year, Sanmenxia has resolutely implemented the major requirements of the CPC Central Committee to prevent the epidemic, stabilize the economy, and secure development, deeply implemented the concept of "project as the king", and continued to promote the related projects construction. Even at the most severe and critical moment of epidemic prevention and control, Sanmenxia has spared no efforts to ensure that enterprise production, project construction and progress are not stalled, which realizes double operation and stability. A number of innovation-driven projects, represented by the Academician Industrial Park in Sanmenxia High-tech Zone, have started construction, which has further accumulated momentum and laid a solid foundation for us to promote the transformation of "resource-based cities into innovative ones". All departments at all levels should pay close attention to the objectives of the whole year, enhance awareness of competition, and maintain their sprinting status. Take project constructions as a key measure to stabilize growth, expand investment, and increase stamina, so as to ensure that this year's work is well completed, and what had done has laid solid foundation for a good start for the next year's work. Each project unit shall closely follow the time node, reverse the project duration, speed up the construction progress, and ensure that key projects can be completed, put into production, and reach the efficiency early.

During the activity, 22 projects were signed in Sanmenxia, with a total investment of 9.65 billion yuan, involving new materials, high-tech, equipment manufacturing, fine chemicals, intelligent manufacturing and other fields; 31 major projects were launched, with a total investment of 10.48 billion yuan, involving strategic emerging, new materials, new infrastructure, advanced manufacturing, ecological environmental protection, social livelihood and other fields; 41 projects were put into production in a centralized manner, with a total investment of 22.8 billion yuan, involving new materials, advanced manufacturing, new infrastructure, digital economy, ecological environmental protection, people's livelihood and social undertakings.
