On July 28th , Fan Fuzhong, Mayor and Deputy Secretary of Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee, went to Hubin District and Lingbao to investigate the operation of some industrial enterprises. Fan Fuzhong stressed that we should vigorously optimize the business environment, make the real economies bigger and stronger, so as to cultivate leading enterprises vertically,  and plan, coordinate and strengthen horizontally to expand industrial clusters, give full play to the leading role of industrial park agglomeration and leading enterprises, so as to cultivate new momentum and recreate new advantages for high-quality development.

 Fan Fuzhong, the Mayor, talked with the people in charge of these enterprises face to face at Henan Yinhe New Energy Co., Ltd., Henan Yongtai Gypsum (Group) Co., Ltd. and Sanmenxia Zhongyuan Measuring Instrument Co., Ltd. He has a detailed understanding of the enterprise’s production and operation, market development, product research and development, strategic layout and future prospects of the enterprises, and conducted on-site office work for the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of enterprise development and project construction. Fan Fuzhong pointed out that all departments at all levels should firmly establish the working concepts of “project as the king”, solidly carry out the activities of“ten thousand people helping ten thousand enterprises”, focus on the difficulties of enterprises to help enterprises to relieve their difficulties, and all the efforts was made to go all out to promote the early completion, early production and early effectiveness of projects. The enterprise should adhere to the market orientation to seize development opportunities, so as to strengthen its confidence and determination to develop and grow, and gradually expand the production scale. We adhere to innovation driven, increase scientific research investment and talent introduction, focus on extending, supplementing and strengthening the upstream and downstream chains, constantly improve the core competitiveness and market share of the enterprises, so as to further expand the enterprise development space, and promote the enterprises to become much bigger and stronger.

In Henan Jiuyi Copper Industry Co., Ltd., Fan Fuzhong, the Mayor, entered the workshop, listened to the introduction and asked about the production. He pointed out that the enterprise should adhere to innovation driven and green development, constantly lengthen the industrial chain, improve the added value of products, promote the extension of the copper refined and deep processing industrial chain to the upstream and downstream, and help Sanmenxia build an intensive and efficient copper industrial cluster with complete facilities and chains. All departments at all levels should take the initiative to provide services in the forefront, implement the preferential policies for enterprises, strengthen the guarantee of various elements, so as to enhance the endogenous power, development vitality and comprehensive strength of enterprises.

 Lingbao Lingjin Jewelry Co., Ltd. is a terminal project for Lingbao to extend the gold industry chain. During the survey, Fan Fuzhong pointed out that it is necessary to further improve the product processing and promote the development of products towards popularity, diversification, individuation and customization. In combination with the overall development plan of the gold industrial park, it is necessary to further gather industrial resources, enhance the core competitiveness of industrial clusters, and inject strong impetus into regional economic development of Sanmenxia.
