From July 20th to 21st ,  Li Lin, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee, led the research team to go deep into Lingbao, the urban-rural integration demonstration zone, Shaanzhou District and Hubin District to conduct a special research on the innovation and entrepreneurship of returned overseas students.

 The research team successively went to Lingbao Xinling Lead Industry Co., Ltd., Sanmenxia Overseas Students Innovation Park, Henan Jinshan Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Sanmenli Cultural Innovation Street and other places to learn more about the achievements, experience and practices of innovation and entrepreneurship of returned overseas students in Sanmenxia, and put forward suggestions on the difficulties encountered in innovation and entrepreneurship.

Li Lin pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship services for returned overseas students, improve the service system, innovate the service model, strengthen policy docking, and actively create an environment conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship for returned overseas students; We should further consolidate consensus, give full play to the role of the Association of Overseas Chinese as a bridge and link, attract a number of high-level talents and projects, so as to better promote the economic development and scientific and technological progress in Sanmenxia.
