From the beginning of July, there was good news that there were 27 more provincial "Specialized and Innovation" SMEs in Sanmenxia, and until now 50 provincial "Specialized and Innovation"SMEs were located in Sanmenxia.

Since this year, Sanmenxia has focused on supporting for enterprises, especially leading enterprises, four types of market players(industrial enterprises above designated size, construction enterprises with qualification, subsidized housing and catering enterprises above designated size, and national key service enterprises), "Specialized and Innovation"enterprises, and activating small and micro enterprises. All the work have been done to vigorously promote better regulation of market entities, and foster a sound situation of interactive development between SMEs and the capital market.

Focusing on leading enterprises, we vigorously implement the enterprise cultivation plan. All the efforts was made to strive to build one enterprise with one chain and one park, accelerate the cultivation of a group of leading enterprises with core competitiveness, demonstration drive and industrial chain,  so as to promote the transformation of enterprise advantages into industrial and cluster advantages, and achieve the upgrading of the industry to high-end technology, high-end products and high-end value.

 Focusing on stabilizing enterprises, we thoroughly implement the plan of "upgrading and integrating" to improve the promotion mechanism for new enterprises, upgrading small enterprises , and transformation of individual enterprises, actively reward and subsidize excellent enterprises, stabilize the existing "four top" enterprises from quitting, pay attention to the "upgrading and integrating"of qualified enterprises, and strive to solve the problems of unqualified enterprises which have not been integrated, including enterprises from other regions which have not been integrated, so as to provide solid support for economic growth.

Focusing on innovative enterprises, we accelerate the implementation of a new round of R&D investment and the "double growth" plan for high-tech enterprises. We carry out the Multiplication Program for "Specialized and Innovation"SMEs, select a group of growth-oriented enterprises with characteristics, innovation, market, technology, and efficiency to make one policy for each enterprise, assign special personnel to provide services and formulate supporting policies. We increase the award and subsidy support, and strive to build a group of leading enterprises and individual champions in subdivided industries and markets.

Focusing on optimizing the business environment around the enterprises. We strictly implement cutting taxes and fees and other assistance policies to improve service, policy training and consulting, so as to solve capital and other problems, all the efforts are made to further stimulate the vitality of market players, and promote them to develop steadily in Sanmenxia.

Up to now, Sanmenxia has added 119 "Four Top" enterprises, with a net increase of 5133 market players. From January to May, the industrial added value above designated size in Sanmenxia increased by 8.6% year on year, ranking the first in the province; The added value of high-tech industry increased by 3.8% year on year; The added value of strategic emerging industries increased by 7.1% year on year, of which the new material industry and high-end equipment manufacturing industry increased by 28.9% and 24.4% respectively, which were 20.3% and 15.8% respectively higher than the growth of the whole city. The two together drove the industrial growth of the whole city by about 2.2 %.
