Since this year, Sanmenxia has continued to strengthen the cultivation of "Specialized and Innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the enterprise application, step by step recommendation, expert review, and online publicity, 27 enterprises including Henan Kaixiang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. have recently been recognized as "Specialized and Innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Province. Up to now, there have been 50 provincial-level "Specialized and Innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises in Sanmenxia.

 Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to the cultivation and development of "Specialized and Innovation" SMEs, and have successively issued the Implementation Opinions on Supporting the Development of "Specialized and Innovation" SMEs and the Implementation Plan of 2022 Sanmenxia "Specialized and Innovation" SMEs Multiplication Action. On May 23rd , the Municipal government held a special work promotion meeting to further facilitate the development of "Specialized and Innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises. The industrial and information authorities have deeply excavated and cultivated a number of "Specialized and Innovation" small and medium-sized enterprises with good market prospects, strong innovation ability, great development potential, high comprehensive benefits and strong core competitiveness. We need to strengthen policy guidance to classify and provide accurate services, improve the gradient cultivation system for innovative small and medium-sized enterprises,  "Specialized and Innovation" small giant enterprises, and vigorously implement the "Specialized and Innovation" small and medium-sized enterprise multiplication plan, so that we can foster more high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises and ensure their high-quality development.
