In order to promote the high-quality progress of the development zone and further activate the endogenous power, on March 30th , 7 advanced manufacturing development zones and 1 modern service development zone in Sanmenxia were listed successively, which marked the high-quality progress of the development zones in Sanmenxia entering a new stage. 

In accordance with the requirements of Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on promoting the high-quality progress of development zones- highlight the integration spirit of "one county (city) , one provincial development zone" and "development of manufacturing industry", Sanmenxia Municipal Development and Reform Commission has fully solicited opinions to make overall planning of the development zones in Sanmenxia based on their spatial distribution, quantity scale, and industrial positioning. Through integration, expansion, regulation, and restructuring, Sanmenxia's provincial development zones are now integrated into 8. They are Sanmenxia High-tech Industrial Development Zone-the leading industries of it are non-ferrous metal smelting and deep processing, equipment manufacturing, and non-ferrous new metal materials. Sanmenxia Economic Development Zone-the leading industries are automobiles and parts, biomedicine, and new-generation information technology. Sanmenxia Modern Service Development Zone, its leading industry serves as an intermediary. Sanmenxia Shanzhou District Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone-the leading industries of it are chemical industry, non-ferrous metal smelting and deep processing. 

Yima(City) Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone- the leading industries of it are coal chemical industry, new chemical materials and electronic information. Mianchi (County) Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone-the leading industries are non-ferrous metal smelting and deep processing, equipment manufacturing, and non-ferrous metal new materials. Lingbao (City) Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone-the leading industries are non-ferrous metals and metal products processing, electronic equipment manufacturing, non-metallic mineral products. Lushi (County) Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone- the leading industries of it are food, biomedicine, energy saving and environmental protection.

  The reporter learned from Sanmenxia Municipal Development and Reform Commission that in the next step, Sanmenxia will follow the requirements of "three modernizations and three systems" of Henan province's development zones (three modernizations means building a professional, market-oriented and international management team; three systems refers to implement the tenure system of the leadership of the development zone, the full staff appointment system and the performance wage system), take the reform and innovation of the system in the development zone as the work core, utilize development and operation to get rid of the effect of administerization and use main responsibilities and main businesses to wipe out the effect of socialization, and make great efforts to break through the system and mechanism obstacles that restrict the progress of development zones, so as to promote  the quality, efficiency and power change in the development zone. We should make good use of the reform, promote the development zones to make leading industries bigger and stronger, actively build a modern industrial system with outstanding advantages and distinctive characteristics, and form new agglomeration effects and growth momentum, so as to provide important support for accelerating the construction of inter-provincial regional central cities and realizing the "Two Guarantees".
