In the first three quarters, all departments of the city, under the strong leadership of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government, solidly promoted the work of "stabilizing investment", took the activity of "ten thousand people helping ten thousand enterprises" as an opportunity, "three batches" as the starting point, and the concept of "project is king" as the guidance to help the steady growth of fixed asset investment in the city.

The city's fixed asset investment increased by 11.5% over the same period last year, 4.2 percentage points higher than the national average and 6.4 percentage points higher than the provincial average, ranking fifth among the 18 prefectures and cities in the province.

Industrial investment grew rapidly and its proportion increased. In the first three quarters, the city's industrial investment increased by 27.7% over the same period last year, 15.5 percentage points higher than the national average and 16.6 percentage points higher than the provincial average, ranking second among the 18 prefectures and cities in the province. The proportion of industrial investment in total investment increased from 35.8% in the same period last year to 41.0%, an increase of 5.2 percentage points, 10.8 percentage points higher than that of industrial investment in the whole province.

Investment in technological transformation of industrial enterprises has increased. In the first three quarters, the investment in technological transformation of industrial enterprises increased by 75.9% over the same period of last year, and the proportion in industrial investment increased to 18.7% from 13.6% in the same period of last year, an increase of 5.1 percentage points. The number of technological transformation projects of industrial enterprises reached 95, 41 more than that in the same period, accounting for 22.8% of the number of industrial investment projects under construction.
