The new national highway 310 is also the strategic road, Golden Road and happy road to accelerate the high-quality development of the city. The "310 spirit" of "scientific planning, extraordinary operation, overcoming difficulties, daring to win, making concerted efforts and casting high-quality products" has left precious spiritual wealth for the city's highway construction work. Departments at all levels should continue to carry forward the "310 spirit", further improve and operate the new national highway 310, accelerate the completion of ancillary facilities, strengthen operation management, and realize the unity of social and economic benefits. We should strengthen transportation safety management, make emergency plans for rainy, snowy and freezing weather in winter, strengthen safety inspection, ensure safe and efficient operation of roads, and make strong contributions to building a strong inter provincial regional central city and realizing the "two guarantees".

The new national highway 310 is an important trunk line connecting Henan and Shaanxi provinces and connecting Zhengzhou. Sanmenxia section of new national highway 310 borders Ma city and Xin'an County in the East, Lingbao City and Tongguan County in the west, with a total length of 165 km, two-way four lane, 3 main line toll stations and a design speed of 80 km / h.

The reconstruction project of Luoyang section of new national highway 310 (tiemen town to Sanmenxia city boundary) was also officially opened today. So far, a total of 260 kilometers from Luoyang section of new national highway 310 to Henan Shaanxi boundary have been fully opened.
