On July 10th, after listening to the video and telephone conference on the construction of major projects in Henan province and the “three batches” event meeting of major project construction, Hubin District and the main venue of Sanmenxia synchronously connected through video to carry out key project signing activities. Nine projects with a total investment of 3.48 billion yuan were signed on site. 

The nine projects signed on the spot have a large investment scale, strong driving ability and great development potential. There are long-term, high-tech and sophisticated industrial projects, tertiary industry projects with complete functions and a prosperous market, and social business projects that fill up the shortcomings and benefit the people, which will gather new energy and cultivate new advantages for the high-quality and high-speed development of the Hubin District. 

Since the beginning of this year, Hubin District has firmly established the awareness of “project is king”, insisted on taking project construction as an effective means of promoting investment and stabilizing growth in the district, striving to be the pioneer of the city’s transformation, innovation and development. At the same time, with the help of the ongoing “10,000 People Helping 10,000 Enterprises” activity and a strong ownership spirit and service attitude, it helps enterprises to solve difficulties, boost confidence, stimulate vitality, release economic potential, and promote the high-quality and high-speed economic development of the whole district, striving to start early, construct early, put into production early, and achieve results early. 

On the same day, at the construction site of the newly built desulfurized gypsum production lines with an annual output of 100,000 tons of plastering gypsum and 100,000 tons of self-leveling gypsum of Henan Yongtai Gypsum Co., Ltd., a start ceremony for all key projects in Hubin District in the third quarter of 2021 was held. Zhou Jianwen, secretary of the Hubin District Party Committee, announced the project start order. It is reported that 33 key projects will be started this time, with a total investment of 8.87 billion yuan.
