On July 12th, Li Changzhi, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and secretary of the Municipal Political and Law Commission, went to the “10,000 People Helping 10,000 Enterprises” activity to investigate enterprises including Baoyi New Materials Co., Ltd., Kaixiang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., and CRRC Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. to solve the prominent problems and bottlenecks encountered by them in business operations. 

Li Changzhi went into the production workshop, had in-depth conversations with the person in charge, and inquired about the production and operation of the enterprise in detail. Focusing on the next development and the current difficulties, Li Changzhi discussed and exchanged with various enterprises, listened to opinions and suggestions, and encouraged enterprises to continue to increase investment in technological transformation, improve operation and management levels, expand production scale, and seize market opportunities. 

Li Changzhi emphasized that we must pay close attention to difficult problems. For the problems raised by various enterprises, we should sort them out carefully, aid accurately, and propose specific plans one on one to solve the problems of various factors and resources that restrict the development of enterprises. Relevant departments at all levels should enhance service awareness, pay close attention to the implementation of work based on their own responsibilities, continue to optimize the business environment, and sincerely help enterprises solve difficulties. We should also target market prospects. All enterprises should aim at the market demand, continue to increase product innovation, speed up the progress towards the middle and high end of the industrial chain and value chain, accelerate the layout of terminal products, and expand the coverage of products. At the same time, make full use of the favorable policies. From the perspective of the overall situation, we will solve the existing difficulties and problems, make full use of relevant supporting policies, continuously increase the intensity of technological transformation, expand the domestic and foreign markets, enhance the development vitality and core competitiveness of the enterprise to make the enterprises become bigger and stronger.
