As the highlight of the cultural tourism activities of the 27th Sanmenxia Yellow River Cultural Tourism Festival and the 8th China Characteristic Commodities Expo (hereinafter referred to as "One Festival and One Fair"),  2021 Yellow River Cultural Tourism Innovation Conference will be held on May 20th . With the theme of "Renewing the Yellow River Culture and Innovating Cultural Tourism Development", the conference aims to deepen the development and integration of tourism resources in brother cities in the Yellow River Basin, the excavation of connotation value and the promotion of produce routes and etc., so as to cooperate together to discuss new paths for the high-quality development of Yellow River cultural tourism, promote the integration of cultural resources and tourism cooperation, and provide intellectual support for the new development of Yellow River culture in the new era.

During the Yellow River Tourism Festival in 2011, the tourism departments of the nine provinces (regions) along the Yellow River established the "Tourism Alliance of Nine Provinces (Regions)along the Yellow River " in Sanmenxia. Since then, the alliance has integrated the tourism elements of the Yellow River across regions and promote the in-depth and extensive cooperation of the Yellow River Tourism Alliance . This year, the Henan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, relying on the deep foundation of regional cooperation in the development of cultural tourism in the nine provinces (regions) along the Yellow River, and taking advantage of the opportunity of "One Festival and One Fair", plans and organizes the 2021 Yellow River Cultural Tourism Innovation Conference in Sanmenxia, so as to accelerate the "Outline of Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Planning in the Yellow River Basin" and promote the high-quality development of cultural tourism in the Yellow River Basin.

This conference will invite well-known experts, scholars and industry leaders to focus on the policy orientation, industry trends, development formats, consumer demand of innovative development of Yellow River cultural tourism in the nine provinces (districts) of the Yellow River in the new era and the construction path of "Yellow River National Cultural Park"  based on the latest interpretation of government policies, analysis of the latest trends in cultural tourism, and top-level project strategy design. In addition, by the annual meeting of the Yellow River Tour and Tourism Alliance of the Nine Provinces (Regions) along the Yellow River, we can concentrate on the promotion of cultural creative representative products of the "Great Gathering of Nine Provinces along the Yellow River ", and build a display and exchange platform for the cultural tourism innovative products and cultural IP industries in the nine provinces (regions) along the Yellow River.
