On September 11th, a group of people from Beijing Zhongke Aerospace Talent Service Co., Ltd. led by Yang Zhi, the general manager, visited Sanmenxia to inspect the development of high-tech enterprises, and held a symposium on talent work for high-tech enterprises. Wang Zaiwen, deputy secretary of the municipal Party committee and chairman of the municipal CPPCC attended and delivered a speech. Ma Yangxia and Luo Yufeng, vice chairmen of the municipal CPPCC, participated in the event.

The group led by Yang Zhi went to Jinyuan Zhaohui Copper Co., Ltd.in Lingbao, Baoxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., Yangshao Wine Co., Ltd. in Mianchi County, and Chengming Photoelectric New Material Co., Ltd. to go to workshops and inspect the development of high-tech technology and gave high affirmation. 

At the symposium, many companies gave speeches on existing problems in production and operation, technological innovation and talent introduction, and the expert group put forward feasible suggestions on the problems.

Yang Zhi pointed out that it’s necessary to establish the awareness of moving forward in recruiting talents, unblock flexible channels for attracting talents, adopt the most humane way to open the gates of talent introduction at the school recruitment level, and cooperate with experts and scholars to jointly build key topics, to cultivate platform through project construction and promote innovation through platform creation. It is necessary to give play to the role of vocational colleges in the training of skilled talents, improve the incentive mechanism, broaden the channels for technical skills promotion and career promotion for the growth of technical talents, and enhance the sense of belonging and value of skilled talents. 

Wang Zaiwen requested that departments at all levels must adhere to the problem-oriented approach, conduct policy research and system supply in response to the urgent needs of enterprises, implement the policies that benefit enterprises, and bring the industrial atmosphere to a better one. It is necessary to open up and establish the “three channels”: open up training channels for scientific research and skilled personnel, and broaden the channels for technology research and development and product sales. It is necessary to build “two platforms” with high quality: strive to build a talent training service platform and a result introduction and conversion platform, continue to explore new models of industry talent training, strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, and vigorously promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
