Recently, Sanmenxia municipal government issued a notice, deciding to establish Sanmenxia Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Urban Construction Group”) to further integrate urban resources, revitalize urban assets, form a diversified investment and financing model, and promote the integrated development of industry, city, and people.

The establishment of the Urban Construction Group is a major decision made by Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government based on the actual conditions of tSanmenxia. It is of great significance for promoting the expansion and quality development of Sanmenxia and accelerating the construction of the inter-provincial regional center city.

It is known that the Urban Construction Group is a state-owned industrial company, mainly serving the urban construction and high-quality development of Sanmenxia. Focusing on the major strategic deployment of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, it will make full use of the existing urban space to develop intensively, strengthen the construction of infrastructure and public service facilities, promote the efficient allocation of structural elements such as element resources, industrial functions, and cultural characteristics, and the rational concentration of population. Focusing on the improvement of functions, in accordance with the “four unification” of livability and industry, hardware and software, ground and underground, new city and old city, it will strive to build a city moisturized by water, a city with green shade, a city with culture, and a city with industry. It will accelerate the development and construction of the city’s central business district and the area south of Sanmenxia South High-speed Railway Station to demonstrate the modern atmosphere of the city. It will continue to promote the improvement of the quality of the old city reconstruction area, improve the livability, and meet the needs of residents. It is planned to take 5 to 8 years to gradually realize the space integration, functional complementation and coordinated development of the “three areas” including reconstruction area, central business district and the area south of Sanmenxia South High-speed Railway Station, in order to build Sanmenxia into a green, ecological, fully functional, livable and business-friendly inter-provincial regional center city.
