Build a city-level financial center and carry out the four-level service system. Focus on consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization, continue to deepen the “Lushi Mode” of financial poverty alleviation, innovate the establishment of Sanmenxia Financial Service Center, develop Sanmenxia inclusive financial service platform, and build the city, county, township, and village four-level finance Service system with 26 municipal related departments, collect more than 1 million enterprise-related data, and promote the security sharing of enterprise-related information. Up to now, there are 13,200 registered companies on the financial service platform, and 2029 companies have raised 20.67 billion yuan through the platform. Complete the upgrading and transformation of the inclusive financial service platform, and realize the "government-bank data sharing". The dedicated line is directly connected to the risk control evaluation model of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China and Zhongyuan Bank. Since the trial operation has been implemented at the end of June, 5371 companies have obtained pre-credit with an amount of 4.58 billion yuan for the first time. Sanmenxia’s financial service center has become a window for financial services , a supermarket for financial consumption, a platform for bank-enterprise, and a position for enterprise cultivation in Sanmenxia. 

Establish a joint coordination mechanism to promote precise docking between banks and enterprises. The Municipal Financial Work Bureau, together with the Sanmenxia Branch of the People's Bank of China, and the Sanmenxia Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, jointly established a joint coordination mechanism for financial support to stabilize enterprises, ensure employment, and promote inclusive finance. The previous bank-enterprise meeting method was changed, and the bank-enterprise matching was carried out 21 times at the grassroots level. The main leaders in Sanmenxia worked together to promote 18 times of bank-enterprise matching among various industry departments and counties (cities, districts) . Sanmenxia implemented a corporate financial service host bank system to achieve full coverage of the host bank for small, medium and micro enterprises. For the first time, 8154 companies received bank loans with a total of 9.675 billion yuan.

Implement the affordable conducive enterprise policies and reduce corporate financing costs. Since the end of June, a total of 5.932 billion yuan of inclusive small and micro enterprise loans had been issued with an interest rate of 5.92%, a decrease of 0.52 percentage points from the beginning of the year.

Conduct in-depth activities of the "Ten Thousand People Help Ten Thousand Enterprises" to fully serve the development of the real economy. As the lead unit of the fund-raising, we will give full play to the organization and coordination role, formulate work plans, clarify the responsibilities of member units, divide labor and collaborate, and fully implement the "13710" work system(that is: “1” refers to researching and deploying the problems in the first day; “3”refers to giving the feedback to the municipal committee about the handling situation within 3 days; “7” refers that general problems need to be resolved within seven days; “1” refers that important and complex problems should be resolved within 1 month, if problems aren’t solved, Come up with the time node and the plan for the solution; “0”refers that all the problems should be traced with ends and results ). Up to now, 31 questions have been assigned by the Office of the Leading Group of the "Ten Thousand People Helping Ten Thousand Enterprises" activity, 28 of which have been completed, with a completion rate of over 90%.
