On July 29th , the reporter learned from Sanmenxia Municipal Highway Development Center that Sanmenxia’s main highway reconstruction and overhaul project has been fully started.

Sanmenxia Municipal Highway Development Center will strive for 9 renovation and overhaul projects in 2021 with a total investment of about 300 million yuan. Currently, 9 projects have been fully launched. Among them, there are 5 provincial road reconstruction projects, namely, provincial road No. 313 from Li village to Beipo village in Shanzhou District, provincial road No. 244 from Shimen Reservoir to Gaoan village in Shanzhou District, and provincial road No. 246 from the border between Lingbao and Lushi to Pan river·shangchuan Village , Provincial Highway No. 246 Lushi·Pan River·Si Village to Hekou, Provincial Highway No. 313 from border between Luoyang and Sanmenxia to the border between Mianchi and Shan county . The total length of the project is about 69 kilometers and the investment is about 194 million yuan. Up to now, a total of 6 kilometers of curb trimming, 29,000 square meters of excavation and repair treatment, 7.5 kilometers of water-stable base paving, 5.4 kilometers of water-stable base paving, and 2 kilometers of asphalt concrete surface paving have been completed. All the renovation projects are planned to be completed by the end of October. There are 4 maintenance and overhaul projects, namely the section of National Highway No.344 from Lushi Pililing to Nanyao, the section of National Highway No. 241 from the south of Yellow River Bridge of Mianchi to Duan Village, the section of National Highway No. 241 from Mianchi·Wuli  River to the Junction of Yiyang and Mianchi, and Provincial Highway No.244 from Hubin Railway Station to the Yelu Section. The whole project has a total length of 67.6 kilometers with an investment of about 109 million yuan. Up to now, the reconstruction of the dangerous bridge of Nangaodian Bridge on No. 241 National Highway has been completed with a total of 31,000 square meters of excavation and repair, 64,000 square meters of water-stable base paving, and 74,000 square meters of asphalt concrete surface paving. All overhaul construction tasks is planned to be completed by the end of October.
