On March 28th, an experience activity named “Backpackers visiting the must-see Yellow River Ecological Corridor" was launched in Sanmenxia. It was jointly organized by Henan Daily·Top News and the Provincial Forestry Bureau. Zhang Xuewen, member of the Party Committee and Deputy editor-in-chief of Henan Daily News Group, Li Lingjun, second-level Inspector of Henan Provincial Forestry Bureau, and Gao Yongrui, deputy mayor of Sanmenxia and etc.attended the event.

Sanmenxia 100-li Yellow River Ecological Corridor construction project has a total investment of about 4 billion yuan and its planned total length reached about 240 kilometers. The first phase of construction has been completed and has already been opened to traffic, and the second phase is undergoing preparation . It is expected to be fully implemented before the end of 2021. Since then, a complex ecological corridor integrating regional planning, ecological protection, improvement of people's livelihood, rural revitalization and cultural prosperity will form.

It is understood that the Yellow River Ecological Corridor experience activity will give full play to the advantages of UGC and OGC production content. In addition to journalists, it also invites top journalists such as bird experts, photographers, painters, short video authors, journalism graduate students, etc. to use short videos, live videos, graphics and other forms to record everyone’s itinerary, experiences, suggestions, etc.. they are rolling out to broadcast on all-media platforms such as Henan Daily, Top News, Dahe News, etc., so as to attract more people to pay attention to the protection of our Mother River and its development.
