Recently, good news came from Changtong Road & Bridge Company. The company and the Central Enterprise Consortium won three bids for the Asian Development Bank's investment in Uzbekistan for No. A380 line 240KM project in Central Asia , with a length of 120KM and a two-year construction periods.

The 240KM reconstruction project of No. A380 highway runs from southeast to northwest. It starts at the original No.A380 highway KM964 and ends at the junction of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. It’s the most important traffic artery that connects Uzbekistan with Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other Central Asia. The Changtong Road & Bridge Company’s bid for the Uzbekistan highway construction project opened up a broader space for the development of the country’s highway market and made new contributions to the overseas development of the Sanmenxia highway business.

In recent years, Changtong Road&Bridge Company has undertaken 14 highway projects and 31 streets in Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Uzbekistan and other Central Asian countries, with a total length of 270 kilometers, and a total investment reached 1.05 billion yuan. It has achieved an output value of 800 million yuan and offered 2,450 jobs. The foreign exchange income has achieved 98 million US dollars  and the value-added of state-owned assets reached 27.6 million yuan , which lays a solid foundation for Sanmenxia to accelerate its integration into the "Belt and Road".
