On December 30th , 2020, the "One Festival, One Exhibition" team leader's work meeting was held. Niu Lanying, member of Standing Committee of Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Sanmenxia  Propaganda Department, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

From December 20th to 30th, 2020, the "One Festival, One Exhibition" was successfully held and ended Sanmenxia. The highlights of this year's festival are numerous: the establishment of the China Photographic Art Museum, the popular photography creation and training base, the strong news and publicity atmosphere, and the solid service guarantee. "One Festival, One Exhibition" has been widely praised by Chinese and foreign guests and all walks of life, and has contributed a strong force to enhance the Sanmenxia's reputation, accumulate its popularity, and display its image.

After listening carefully to everyone’s speeches, Niu Lanying pointed out that Sanmenxia has attached great importance to this "One Festival, One Exhibition" since its preparation. Under the unified scheduling of the organizing committee, all relevant departments of  Sanmenxia have performed their duties with due diligence, close collaboration, effective organization, and remarkable results. To do the next step, Niu Lanying emphasized that firstly, all departments at all levels must summarize their achievements to refine their experience, review, sort out and summarize the work of this exhibition as well as the highlights as soon as possible. Secondly, all departments must analyze the problems and find the shortcomings, to further improve the position, enhance the awareness of active responsibility, truly identify shortcomings and weaknesses from practice, innovate working ideas and methods, tap potentials, and improve measures. Third, all departments  should take the initiative to take advantage of the situation, normalize photography and cultural activities, strengthen marketization operation, enhance the ability to jointly organize festivals, so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of the China Photography Cultural City.
