The China Museum of Photography Art will open on December 21st. At present, the exhibition arrangement is proceeding in order, and the grand exhibition is beginning to take shape.

The reporter learned from the comprehensive group of the organization committee of the “One Festival and One Exhibition” that, on the opening ceremony of the China Museum of Photography Art that will be held on December 21st, Zheng Gengsheng, secretary of the party group and vice chairman of the Chinese Photographers Association will give the collected works of the Golden Statue Award to the China Photography Festival as gifts; Li Qianguang, member of the party group and vice chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles will donate the calligraphy works of Mr. Shen Peng to the head of the China Museum of Photography Art.

Invited by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Sanmenxia municipal Party committee and municipal government, the 90-year-old Chinese calligraphy master Shen Peng inscribed the name of the Chinese Museum of Photography Art. Mr. Shen Peng is the honorary chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, an honorary member of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and a consultant of the Art Committee of the China Art Press. “Mr. Shen Peng’s inscription is a great honor for us and is also a kind of spiritual wealth. It marks another solid step for us in the construction of China’s photography culture city.” the relevant person in charge of the “One Festival and One Exhibition” said. Meanwhile, a series of key projects will be signed and landed at the opening ceremony, fully demonstrating the blueprint vision of the Sanmenxia municipal Party committee and the municipal government of building a photography cultural exchange center and supporting the prosperous development of photography.

It is known that the China Museum of Photography Art will open the first and second floors of the venue to serve the “One Festival and One Exhibition”. There are three exhibition areas on the first floor, which are the tribute exhibition-the photography exhibition of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, the exhibition of works by Comrade Yanchun, and the theme exhibition of “Both Sides of the Yellow River Are Hometown”. There are four exhibition areas on the second floor, namely “Clear Waters, Green Mountains and Biodiversity” exhibition of foreign photographers and three photography book exhibitions.
