On October 24th, the two-day high-end talent docking symposium of the 2020 Special Action for attracting talents" of China · Henan Talent Recruitment Innovation Development Conference was launched in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, and the city’s talent project was signed at the opening ceremony of the conference.

Jia Shujun, member of the standing Committee and head of the Organization Department of Sanmenxia Municipal CPC Committee, and Vice Mayor Qing Zhiying attended the related activities.

The conference was hosted by CPC Henan Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Henan Province, and 1560 units in the five docking negotiation areas opened a “grand show to welcome talents” at the same time. At the opening ceremony, the hybrid technology development and application as well as personnel training project of new energy commercial vehicles in our city ranked among the 10 contracted projects in the province, achieving a new breakthrough in participating in the meeting.

Jia Shujun and Qing Zhiying visited the Sanmenxia exhibition area, inspected the talent achievement display and recruitment situation in our city, exchanged cordial exchanges with candidates and recruiters, and learned more about talent demand, job-hunting willingness, salary and treatment, and so on. Jia Shujun pointed out: talents are the first resource and an important support for promoting high-quality development. We should not only recruit talents, but also retain them, strive to create a good environment for talent development, and form a driving effect. With the help of the platform opportunity of the provincial talent recruitment and innovation development conference, we should publicize Sanmenxia relevant talent policies and  the city’s image, attract talents from around the country to Sanmenxia to develop in this hospitable land, and share the fruits of innovation and entrepreneurship.

It is reported that 1,318 positions are required at the fair, and 454 people have initially reached the intention, and 88 people have been recruited on site through the green channel.
