To thoroughly implement the spirit of the conference of Optimizing the Business Environment and Deepening the Reform of “Delegating Power, Strengthening Regulation and Optimizing Service“  by the Provincial Government and to carry out the requirement of Notification on Push forward Government Affairs Service Standardization and Its Procedures Re-innovation by the Coordination Group Office of Promoting Government Function Transformation and Delegating Power, Strengthen Regulation and Optimizing Service from Henan Provincial People’s Government, the other day, a professional training meeting was held on fully starting up the work of government affairs service procedures optimization and re-innovation in Sanmenxia city, which the municipal government affair service and big data bureau sponsored and organized the training of more than 150 persons from the 45 municipal units and other county-level government affairs service systems.
