Edible Fungus New Product and Technology Expo & Mushroom Industry Innovation and Development Conference Held in Sanmenxia
From Oct. 23rd to 25th, 2020 China (Sanmenxia) Edible fungus New products New technology Expo & the 3rd National Mushroom Industry Innovation and Development Conference were held in Our city. Mr. Liu Chengguo, former executive vice minister of the State Agriculture Ministry, Ms. Le Yuchun, vice chairman of China association of township enterprises and president of edible fungus industry branch, Ms. Zhang Jinxia, chief scientist of China Edible Fungus Industry Technology System, Mr. Bian Yinbing, post expert of China Edible Fungus Industry Technology System and professor of Central China Agriculture University, Mr. Wang Zaiwen, vice secretary of Sanmenxia municipal party committee and chairman of Sanmenxia municipal CPPCC, and Mr. Gao Yongrui, vice mayor attended the opening ceremony. More than 400 people from over 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) attended the conference, including representatives of edible fungi industry, first-line entrepreneurs and purchasing dealers.
Sanmenxia is the first city with characteristic agriculture in Henan province. Our fruits, tobaccos and edible fungi are the dominant characteristic industries, which play an important role in the whole province and even the whole country, especially the edible fungus industry with mushroom cultivation as a representative, featured by a long history, various excellent kinds, and remarkable economic benefits. In recent years, the Municipal Party Committee and government have attached great importance to the development of the edible fungus industry and, based on resources and geographical advantages, have made great efforts to promote the transformation and upgrading of the edible fungus industry, which has achieved good social, economic and ecological benefits.
Mr. Liu Chengguo announced the opening of the conference. Mr. Gao Yongrui and Ms. Li Yuchun gave speeches respectively. Relevant leaders presented certificates of honor to experts in the rural fungus industry, and honorary trophies to scientists and grass-roots experts who helped alleviate poverty by developing the edible fungus industry. Relevant experts and scholars made a report on the innovative development of edible fungi industry.
With the theme of "wisdom, innovation and sharing", the conference attracted nearly 200 exhibitors with more than 2,000 innovative achievements, including the innovative achievements in various fields of edible fungi, such as raw and auxiliary materials needed by bacteria, production equipment and deep processing products.
