In order to further optimize the business environment, improve the service quality, and meet the needs of the people and the enterprises, the government affairs service center (the Center) coordinated the Real Estate Bureau, the Housing and Urban Construction Bureau, and the Tax Bureau to set up windows comprehensively handling house transfer and registration during the National Day and the Mid-autumn Day. This is a second service for the convenience of the residents after its handling residents’ affairs during May Day.

The Center, in line with the aim that people won’t need to run far, to stand in a long queue or to complain, set up temporary windows to deal with the extra house transfer and registration businesses so as to improve its service efficiency as well as offering door-to-door service to those inconvenient people; with regard to the complaint and advice posed by the people, the staff provided patient counseling even concerned with every piece. All those measures effectively compensate for the non-working days’ services, which received the enterprises and people’s praises and approval from the higher authorities and all sectors of society.

Next, the Administration will further improve various services and ensure the ordinary people to get information more conveniently so as to make them enjoy faster and more efficient government services; meanwhile, it will make better use of the way of “Internet + government service” to serve the people to the maximum.
