Municipal Guidelines of Regional Climate Feasibility Study for Engineering Construction Project Is Published
Recently, the four municipal departments of meteorology, natural resources and planning, water conservancy and earthquake jointly issued a document to formulate guidelines of regional climatic feasibility, mineral resources below construction, soil and water conservation to further optimize the policy environment for climate feasibility study.
The guidelines provides detailed explanations on the object being evaluated, the contents need to be evaluated, the guidance directory of the demonstration project, the working procedures, the requirements for the formation of the feasibility report and the application of the results, and clarified that the climatic feasibility study should be carried out when the engineering construction projects are implemented in any development zone or industrial park within the administrative scope of the city. The management of the development zone is responsible for entrusting relevant agencies to carry out climatic feasibility study in the form of government purchasing services in accordance with their management authority. The results of the study should be managed in a unified manner by the management of the development zone and can be used for free by the enterprises that prefer to station in the zone. The climatic feasibility study for individual project is not needed.
