On May 9, Henan Xixiayuan Water Conservancy Project Drainage& District-Irrigation Programme and 2020 Sishuitongzhi Project  Mobilization Meeting was held.22 projects in Henan Province centralized announced the start of construction ,and Lingbao Water System Connectivity and Rural Water System Comprehensive Renovation Project took participate in the the provincial meeting.At the Sanmenxia branch, Mayor An Wei,the deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee of Sanmenxia, reported to the main venue through a video link that the city has carried out water  treatment in four fields(water resources, water ecology, water environment, water disaster) to promote ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. Vice Mayor Gao Yongrui,Secretary-General Guo Zhongyi and other members of the Party Organization of Municipal Government attended the meeting.
       An Wei reported to the main venue that since the beginning of this year, combined with the actual situation of Sanmenxia City and in accordance with the unified deployment of Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, our city has fully implemented the indicative spirit for "comprehensive , systematic management of mountains,rivers, forests ,fields,lakes and grasses at the source"proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping and actively planned Ecological Protection and High-quality Development Projects in the Yellow River Basin with a total investment of 44.6 billion yuan.Among them,34 projects are planned to be implemented this year, with a total investment of 12.4 billion yuan, and an annual investment of 5.1 billion yuan is planned to be completed. Lingbao Water System Connectivity and Rural Water System Comprehensive Renovation Project, which takes Hongnong River Treatment as the main line and with a total investment of 450 million yuan , will draw water into the villages and lift water to plateaus through the construction of dams and pumping stations,   and finally realize the Water System Connectivity of Siheshan Apple Town and Hanguguan Historical and Cultural Town. This project,which  covering 500 square kilometers and directly benefiting more than 100,000 people,will present a beautiful vision of "high mountains with running water, fields with moisturizing energy and people with benefits".　

An Wei said that Sanmenxia City is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River in Henan Province, and it is our duty to protect the Mother River. In the next step, under the strong leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, we will ensure the completion of the annual target and contribute to the "Yellow River Choir" through thoroughly carrying out the indicative spirit of this mobilization meeting and taking effective measures to advance the project to by taking the start of the projects as an opportunity.
