       A total of 38,000 new urban jobs were created. We will fully implement the policy of giving top priority to employment, focusing on the employment of college graduates, ex-servicemen, laid-off workers, rural migrant workers, and those who have returned to their hometown. We will develop public welfare jobs to accommodate the extremely poor employment personnel,people and ensure that 38,000 new urban jobs in the city.
       We improved urban infrastructure by building 5 kilometers of heating pipelines and 20 heat exchange stations, with an additional 600,000 square meters of heating area, an ten kilometers of new gas pipeline. We expanded the municipal sewage treatment plant.
      We will promote the upgrading of old urban residential areas. We will continue to screen for cervical cancer and breast cancer for rural women of school age and those who are covered by urban subsistence allowances, and continue to provide rehabilitation assistance to disabled children. We will continue to implement the myopia prevention and control projects for children and adolescents. We will upgrade county-level hospitals and construct Sanmenxia infectious disease hospital. Six negative pressure wards were built in the whole city for the prevention and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases.

We will continue to build rural power grids, and continue to improve their capacity for safe and reliable power supply. We improved the level of power supply and service, and completed the renovation and upgrading of 40 power distribution stations.
       We will speed up the construction of rural teachers' dormitories, focus on improving the living conditions of rural teachers, and build 46 new dormitories for teachers in the city.
       We will continue to improve the quality of the atmospheric environment, push forward to prevent and control air pollution, control air pollution in a scientific way in accordance with the law, and achieve the environmental air quality improvement target set by the provincial government.

In 2020, an all-in-one self-service household registration machine will be added to five urban police stations to facilitate the self-service household registration business. We optimize water and gas service, and further improve the service quality and efficiency of water and gas application.
       In order to ensure that practical matters related to people's livelihood are implemented, our city has introduced the measures for assessing practical matters related to people's livelihood in 2020, and implemented the systems of monthly notification, mid-year evaluation and year-end assessment, praising the top ones and criticizing the ones that haven't completed their tasks.
