The Enterprise Patent of Sanmenxia City Won the Henan Provincial Patent Award for the First Time

Recently, in the second Henan Provincial Patent Award list released by the provincial government, the patent "Engine Oxygenation and Pressure-regulating Energy Saving Device" (ZL200810141018.8) participated by Sanmenxia Suda Transportation Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. won the second prize. This is the first time that our city's patent project has won the provincial patent award.

In August 2017, the Incentives for the Patent in Henan Province was introduced. It stipulates that the patent awards are elected once every two years, and a prize at the first, second and third prize (not more than 50), in order to reward the outstanding contribution to the economic and social development in our province's patent projects, encourage enterprises, institutions and individuals to invent, enhance the innovation consciousness of the whole society.

Sanmenxia Suda Transportation Energy Saving Technology Co., LTD., the winner of this award, is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of automobile energy saving and environmental protection and new energy automobile technology and products. Since its establishment, the company has always attached great importance to the protection and application of intellectual property rights. Up to now, the company has applied for more than 100 patents accumulatively, with 80 effective patents, among which 26 are invention patents, 43 are utility model patents, and 11 are appearance patents. In 2018, it passed the Intellectual Property Compliance Certification, forming a sound intellectual property management system.

In recent years, Sanmenxia city adheres to the development orientation of high-quality patents and actively promotes the cultivation of high-quality patents. The number of patent applications and authorizations has been continuously increasing. The quality of patents has been constantly improved and the structure has been optimized. In 2018 and 2019, the number of patent applications exceeded 1,000 for two consecutive years. In 2019, 1,411 patents were applied (including 2 PCT international patent applications) and 836 patents were authorized. By the end of 2019, there have been 2,895 valid patents, including 365 valid invention patents. We will vigorously implement the project to strengthen enterprises with intellectual property rights and improve their intellectual property operations. Three provincial-level preponderant enterprises and demonstration enterprises with multiple levels of intellectual property have been cultivated, and four enterprises have passed the Intellectual Property Compliance certification.
