When the temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, the wet operation of sprinkling and dust removal is stopped to avoid freezing. At the same time, the department of  environmental sanitation strengthens the cleaning. It adopts the mechanized suction and sweeping car while increasing the in-depth manual sweeping and the frequency of rapid cleaning and manual round cleaning to provide a clean and beautiful travel environment for the public.

At the same time, the reporter also learned that, in response to extreme freezing weather, Jinghuan Company has made full preparations: it has already purchased 60 tons of snow melting agent, 300 snow shovels and 100 non-slipping mats. 20 snow-melting vehicles and four emergency support vehicles are on standby, fully entering the winter operation mode, to ensure the safe travel of citizens.
