Pay close attention to the travel records of the confirmed cases released by Chengdu City. Starting from November 23rd, people who have travel history in Taiping Village, Pitong Street, Pidu District in Chengdu City or have overlapping travel records with the above-mentioned confirmed cases should actively report to the community (village) where they live and the unit and cooperate with the investigation and nucleic acid testing of the district novel coronavirus prevention and control command center. People returning to Sanmenxia from other parts of Chengdu City also need to pay close attention to their personal health. Once showing the symptoms of coughing or fever, they should go to the nearby fever clinic or designated hospital as soon as possible and truthfully inform their personal travel history, activity history and contact history. They should wear a mask during the whole process and avoid taking public transportation.
If there are no special circumstances, please do not go to the medium or high risk areas. If you have to, please take care of personal protection and correctly record your travel history. After returning to Sanmenxia, you should strictly implement the relevant prevention and control measures of your place of residence.
