To further implement the Notice by the General Office of the State Council of Effectively Replicating, Promoting, and Borrowing Reform Measures for Optimizing the Business Environment and constantly improve the business environment of Sanmenxia, the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation held a meeting on business environment optimization on July 20th, which discussed important indicators and key areas of business establishment, market supervision, intellectual property rights, and the assessment of the business environment in previous years.

The meeting explored the specific ways to improve the business environment level based on the actual conditions of the business environment of Sanmenxia and the advanced experience of Beijing and Shanghai. Firstly, promote the use of electronic business licenses and the connectivity of data and equip guidance personnel so that the enterprises can improve the passing rate for the first-time business license application. Secondly, further reduce the time for the establishment of enterprises, improve service efficiency and better the actual experience. Thirdly, strengthen the cooperation with banks and other financial institutions, assist the enterprises in financing through patents and solve their financing difficulties. Fourthly, promote the cooperation of various units and the establishment of cooperation mechanism and improve the publicity rate of “inspections by randomly selected inspectors of randomly selected entities and the public release of inspection results”.

In the next step, the Municipal Administration for Market Regulation will cooperate with the Municipal Optimization Office to further improve the cooperation mechanism for business environment optimization, actively promote the coordination among the member units of the business environment, fully optimize the business environment of Sanmenxia, and promote the business environment to a new level.
