Sanmenxia Launched the Special Action of the “Optimization and Re-establishment of Government Administration Procedure”

The municipal government administration service training meeting held on July 23rd explained the basic knowledge of government administration service and issued a notice about the special action.

The first material reduction list involves over 700 materials of 28 municipal direct departments, mainly focusing on the internal material reduction, which can reduce the materials by 10% and make it more convenient for the people. Secondly, promote the first group of “one thing” integrated service. Sort out the “one thing” integrated service list to transform the “hurrying of the people” to “the hurrying of the departments”. Strengthen the coordination among departments and re-establish the procedure to ensure that things can be completed once at most. Thirdly, promote the first group of cross-regional handling. Break the restrictions of regions and household registration and promote the handling across the county and district so that people can access the service at their local place. Fourthly, channel the first group of government administration service to the community level. Extend the simple service to the community level so that people can settle their affairs without going far.
Form the “ecological circle” of government service. On the one hand, improve the government administration service ability and promote the optimization and re-establishment of the procedure; on the other hand, promote multiple result inspection. Firstly, inspect the standardization, materials, time and procedures through electronic surveillance online.
