Since this year, taking the opportunity of deepening the building of civilized city and health city, Sanmenxia has combined building with digital platforms and achieved the delicacy and long-term urban management adopting information technology. As of September, Sanmenxia has handled around 8,000 urban management problems, creating a cleaner, tidier and more orderly environment for the public.

It is learned that in order to do detailed work in building and make up the shortcomings, the Municipal Civic Enhancement Department made a call in mid-August. The Hubin District and Economic Development District hired over 100 grid personnel who are enthusiastic about public welfare and would like to participate in civilized city building together. They form a strong group with the original full-time grid personnel of the Sanmenxia Digital Urban Service Center. They are responsible for patrolling the existing problems about urban management in the grid, reporting as soon as possible, tracking and supervising until the problem is solved. The special group consisting of information, personnel, management personnel, supervision personnel and judges forms “a network” of urban management which can achieve full coverage without blind area.

Once the task is issued, the grid personnel collect and report the problem according to the standards strictly at the front line. They are just like scouts focusing on the ailment in urban management. In the past month, the grid personnel have collected 7,427 cases of all kinds of urban management problems and the timely handling rate reached 90.8%. The Municipal Digital Urban Service Center handled 535 cases from the “12319” 24 hours urban management complaint hotline and the settlement rate reached 100%; handled 489 urban management cases transferred from the “12345”, ranked first in the performance assessment of 53 undertakers in Sanmenxia. The combination, innovation and integration of multi-platforms have promoted the building work effectively.

 At the same time, the Municipal Civic Enhancement Department cooperated with the Municipal Digital Urban Service Center to fully utilize the advantages of gridding and delicacy of digital urban management. According to the “National Civilized City Evaluation System”, the Municipal Civic Enhancement Department carried out grid-based screening of civilized city building problems in urban areas in Sanmenxia, combined with its key working contents. The one-month special investigation covered every corner of Sanmenxia which escorted the city civilization and the environment and order of the city.
