On October 14th, the Municipal Transport Bureau held the leading Party members group theory study central group (expanded) centralized study activity, which earnestly studied and implemented the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the opening ceremony of a training program for younger officials at the Central Party School (National Academy of Governance) during its 2020 fall semester, the related articles from the Xi Jinping: the Governance of China Ⅲ and Xi Jinping’s important instruction on stopping food waste. All officials and workers of the bureau and the Municipal Transportation Hub Construction Headquarter Office participated in the study activity.

The meeting pointed out that all system workers firstly need to strengthen the cultivation of political awareness. Adhere to the correct political direction firmly, improve political awareness, constantly increase political sensitivity and discernment, consciously enhance political experience, strengthen political self-control and consciously restrain and regulate their words and behaviors using the Party disciplines and rules, laws and regulations.

Secondly, strengthen the guidance of theories. The officials and workers need to uphold the leadership of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era during their daily work, arm their mind with scientific theories on their own, continuously summarize theories that can guide their work and improve the ability and skills.

Thirdly, strengthen the cultivation of disciplines and regulations. The party members and officials should strictly obey the party disciplines and national laws, consciously regulate their own behaviors, be loyal in politics, obedient in organization and disciplined in action so that they can be able to do things, do things successfully and do not do wrong things.

Fourthly, strengthen the cultivation of ideology. Maintain the correct political direction, set up the “the four consciousnesses”, strengthen “the four confidences” and ensure “the two upholds”. Build well the main channel for ideological work such as the WeChat official account of the Sanmenxia Transport, publicize the major policies of the central party, provincial party committee and municipal party committee widely, issue the decisions of the leading Party members group of the bureau in time and demonstrate the transportation work results to give full play to the guiding role of public opinion and create a good atmosphere of caring, attention, understanding and support for transportation work in the whole society.

Fifthly, strengthen the cultivation of lofty ideology. The officials and workers should set up their own ideals firmly and have their own goals. In accordance with the requirements put forward by the leading Party members group of the bureau “live up the responsibilities, work and live happily and appreciate life”, they should do well their own work, try hard to achieve their own goals and values and make new and greater contributions to the development of transport industry.

Sixthly, strengthen the cultivation of solving practical problems and doing well the specific work. They should have both the mental and ability preparation to solve all kinds of problems in the work. Led by the concept of building satisfying transport for the people, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of key transport projects, deeply implement the construction of “Four Good Rural Road”, “Roads to the Villages and Groups of Hundreds of Counties” and “Bus Improvement for Tens of Thousands of Villages”, strictly regulate transportation law enforcement and comprehensively improve the transportation service guarantee ability and level in order to continuously improve people's sense of gain, happiness and security and provide solid transport service guarantee support for building the inter-provincial regional center city.
