On August 28th, Sanmenxia held the National Civilized and Health City Joint Building and Grid Management Training Meeting. 125 full-time and part-time grid personnel selected by the Hubin District and Development District and 25 full-time grid personnel of “digital urban management” attended the training meeting.

At the meeting, the responsible official from the supervision team of the Civic Enhancement Department delivered the mobilization speech and the responsible official from the criteria guidance group explained the analyzed the evaluation points and specifications of different investigation places focusing on the testing and rating system. The responsible person from the Digital Urban Service Center of the Urban Management Bureau gave a profound explanation of the operation procedure of urban grid management using both pictures and texts with simple language and answered the questions of the grid personnel.

In order to do detailed work in civilized city building, Hubin District and Development District selected over 100 grid personnel who are enthusiastic about public welfare and would like to participate in civilized city building together. They cooperate with the original full-time grid personnel of the “digital urban management” and form a group good at tough fights with high quality and strong ability. They are responsible for patrolling the existing problems on civilized city building in the grid, reporting as soon as possible, tracking and supervising until the problem is solved, forming “a network” of urban management to achieve full coverage without blind area.

This year, led by the Civic Enhancement Department, the Digital Urban Service Center improved and issued the new Digital Urban Management Acquisition Standard closely combing with the national civilized city building standards, which adopts modern information technology and integrates urban management resources to assist the building of civilized and health city.
