On August 25th, Sanmenxia government and State Grid Henan Electric Power Company held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement on the construction and operation of new energy vehicle charging piles. Chen Hongjun, deputy general manager of State Grid Henan Electric Power Company, Fan Fuzhong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor and Wan Zhanwei, deputy mayor attended the signing ceremony.

Fan Fuzhong pointed out in his speech that the signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement is not only an important step for developing new infrastructure and comprehensively promoting charging facility construction in Sanmenxia, but also a significant opportunity for Sanmenxia to work closer with State Grid Henan Electric Power Company and expand cooperation fields. Sanmenxia Municipal Party Committee and the government will take this strategic cooperation framework agreement signing as an opportunity to comprehensively promote the construction of city public charging service networks, and create a good environment for the construction of charging facilities from the aspects such as top-level design of city development, facility planning and layout, facility protection, and industrial application; at the same time, actively explore the new mode of joint development and joint operation to achieve win-win cooperation.

Chen Hongjun pointed out in his speech that State Grid Henan Electric Power Company will continue to practice its tenet, “building a power utility by the people and for the people”, starts the new journey of power grid new infrastructure building of “the Fourteenth Five-year Plan” and accelerate the development of new energy vehicle charging networks in Sanmenxia, serving the economic and social development of Sanmenxia and making greater contribution to helping Sanmenxia write more brilliant chapters in central China.
