The Evaluation of Technicians and Senior Technicians in the City Officially Started

Recently, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a notice that the evaluation of technicians and senior technicians of the city in 2020 was officially launched. The registration period is from June 10th  to July 31st , 2020. A total of 8 occupations are subject to socialized assessment.

This year, the evaluation objects of technicians and senior technicians include various units in our city’s administrative area and employees within the national legal working age group. Those who have gone through the retirement procedures or reached the retirement age before June 30th , 2020 are not included.  Whoever meets the declaration requirements of technicians and senior technicians can apply for the professional qualifications of technicians and senior technicians of the corresponding occupation.

The occupations that implement the socialized assessment of technicians and senior technicians include turner, mechanic fitter, electrician, welder, auto repairer, Chinese cook, hairdresser, and beautician.

The time for the socialized assessment of technicians and senior technicians is from September 19th to September 20th , 2020. The content is divided into three parts, theoretical knowledge examination, skill operation assessment and comprehensive assessment. Each part account for 100 points, and those who score at least 60 points are qualified. The theoretical knowledge test is a closed-book examination. The skill operation evaluation adopts the method of on-site operation evaluation. In addition to thesis defense, the comprehensive evaluation also reviews materials and and other effective certifications about work performance, potential ability, technological innovation, imparting skills and so on. The evaluation shall be subject to unified standards, unified propositions, unified time, unified marking and unified examination management.
