Recently, the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and the Henan Provincial People's Government have issued the Circular on the Assessment of the High-Quality Economic, Social Development of Cities, Counties and the Industry Cluster Zones in 2019, which give notifications and rewards to the cities, counties and the Industry Cluster Zones with outstanding development results and top comprehensive assessments in the province in 2019, among them, 20 Industry Cluster Zones including Sanmenxia Industry Cluster Zone have been identified as the "2019 Top Industry Cluster Zones", and each received a reward of 5 million yuan. It is reported that it is the second time for Sanmenxia Industry Cluster Zone that has won this honor after 2018.

 For the next step, Sanmenxia Industry Cluster Zone will continue to vigorously practise the new development concept and implement the requirements of high-quality development, which aims at the overall goal of creating a national high-tech zone, focusing on the transformation and upgrading of traditional advantageous industries and the cultivation and growth of strategic emerging industries, and continues to expand, strengthen and optimize industrial clusters such as non-ferrous metal processing and high-end equipment manufacturing, all efforts are needed to strive to be the leader of high-quality development.
